2017

LICHTER is a product of the local film scene and was founded in 2008 by a group of young film directors. It has since evolved from an event put on by a small group of committed people that worked in an improvised theater to a highlight of the regional cultural scene that attracts a diverse and expanding audience. The event program also offers workshops and discussions on all aspects of film, and the LICHTER Art Award video competition.
